Jo CarrAn ILM trained management coach and mentor, with a flair for enabling personal growth confidence in my clients. I employ a range of approaches from behavioural coaching and solution focused coaching models through to NLP and Mindfulness. I invest in this approach as I believe passionately that developing resilience is the base for making real and sustained change both in people, and subsequently organisational culture. My style is to encourage my clients to become self-aware, and form the belief that they can both improve and develop their emotional intelligence, with the outcome that they can become stronger, more effective leaders and staff members. Coaching has been a tool that I have utilised previously as a leader and has been integral how I have trained, and line managed direct reports. In both my bespoke training and delivery work, and in my approach as an OD consultant, my starting point is to consider what the clients goal is and to work with them to create bespoke products based on an empowered relationship.
